Lorraine Waller is RBC’s Director of Regulatory and Government Affairs. Lorraine is a dynamic attorney with a unique perspective based on varied experiences with the Federal Reserve Board, U.S. Senate and leading financial institutions. She is an accomplished professional with significant experience in federal and state banking law, consumer protection law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. She has an outstanding track record of providing senior executives with timely and effective legal and strategic advice in areas that include bank regulatory, general corporate, government relations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Lorraine has a J. D. degree from Harvard Law School and a B.A., Psychology, from Yale University.
